Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tawra J. Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed 1-6 days and shipped 1 to 3 days
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders are shipped from within the USA 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Refund Policy:
Custom printed orders are non - refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range.
Items purchased from the Artist Store in most cases are not returnable, but assessed on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
